This is a way for me to keep track of my budget and spending for our PTA Hospitality Committee.  2012-2013 Budget-$2,000

* BASICS* are: tablecloths, decorations, plates, napkins, cups, plastic cutlery, and Clorox wipes, printed invitations to go in mailboxes. 

Breakfast: Krispy Kreme donut holes, juice, coffee, creamer, Tissues, Plates, Napkins, Cups Tiffany and Rachel bought.  How much?? Guess $150?

 

Pta Waters for meeting: $18. Kelly was Reimbursed

Wednesday, September 26-Soup Lunch.  Committee members will provide food items.  PTA provides *BASICS* and drinks (tea, lemonade, water). Drop off and clean up.  $50 Kelly was reimbursed

Tuesday, October 23- Fall Munch Mix-Mason Jar with cheese its, cocoa puffs, chex mix, tied with fall ribbon.  Bottle of water Crystal Light tied with orange ribbon with "Tea-Riffic Teacher" sticker. Cost-$130 Kelly was reimbursed.

 

PTA Waters: Tiffany bought for November PTA meeting.  $20?

Tuesday, November 20-Pie exchange. 70 pies donated by committee members, dropped off in conference room that morning. Cost was around $50 for additional pies bought.  Kelly was reimbursed.

Wednesday, December 19-Massages-Free from Chiropractor Office.  $5 starbucks gift cards for staff.  Kelly was reimbursed $400

February 11-15-Personalized Post-Its from Vista Print for 80 staff, cute Valentine treat bags “I’m Stuck on You” in mailboxes. $195

 

Thursday, March 21st-Provide Sweet Treats before Spring Break!
We provided a TON of cookies, bite size brownies, Easter candy and put with plates and napkins next to the mailboxes.  $120

Monday, April 29th-Salad Luncheon
We provided a variety of salads (green, pasta, potato, chicken, pimento cheese, rolls, drinks, and desserts.) $65

Water, snacks for PTA meetings=$100 for year. 

BACK UP IDEAS:

Small Green Totes with Tissues, band-aids, and Purell-70 for $125. 

Providing teachers with wish list items (colored paper, dry erase boards, glue sticks, etc).  $100-150. Add a sticker with a poem and ribbon, put in mailbox. 

“Keep Calm and Teach On” saying in magnetic frame.  70 for $150.
